This Privacy Policy describes how Dynamic Ads Inc. ("we," "us," or "DynamicAds") collects, uses, and protects information on the marketing site at dynamicads.io. The application product at app.dynamicads.io is governed by its own agreements and is out of scope for this document.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the site and respond to you:
- Contact form submissions — name, email, optional company name, and the message you send us, plus a snapshot of the consent text and your choice.
- Pricing lead submissions — email, the plan you selected, and UTM campaign parameters present in the referring URL.
- Support conversations — if you open the in-page chat (powered by Chatwoot), your messages and any profile information you provide.
- Automatic technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, referring URL, and timestamp, recorded in standard web server logs and (subject to your consent) by our analytics provider.
2. How we use this information
- To reply to enquiries and deliver the information you request.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site (detect abuse, diagnose errors, measure aggregate traffic).
- To comply with legal obligations when applicable.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookies Policy for the full breakdown. Non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing) only load after you opt in via the consent banner. You can change your decision at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.
4. Third parties we share data with
We share information only with processors who help us run the site, under contractual obligations to protect it. The current list is published at Sub-processors and updated as it changes.
5. Data retention
Contact and lead submissions are retained for as long as needed to follow up and meet legal record-keeping requirements. You can ask us to delete them at any time using the contact details below. Analytics data follows the retention configured by the analytics provider (14 months for GA4).
6. International transfers
Our primary infrastructure is in the European Union. Some processors (notably Google) may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and each processor's Data Processing Addendum.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/EEA), UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA (California) and other US state privacy laws, LGPD (Brazil), Canada's PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25, or similar laws, including:
- Access to the information we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of your information.
- Objection to or restriction of processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdrawal of consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
- The right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither, but you can formally exercise the right).
- The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@dynamicads.io.
8. Security
We use TLS in transit, limit access to production data to authorised staff, and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the "Effective date" above. Material changes are surfaced in the site footer or via a prominent notice.
